Company Profile

M.R.M Construction provides construction management and general contractor services depending on the needs of the client. We have furnished our services for projects ranging from simple office renovations to design/build of large industrial facilities. Our main service area is the Mid-Atlantic Region, however we are capable of providing our services across the United States. M.R.M.'s experience and excellent customer service is proven by our list of successfully completed projects and repeat clients.

M.R.M. focuses on:
 

Preliminary Budget. Using the Owner's initial concept, we prepare a budget for the proposed project. This budget   will be used to determine the feasibility of the project. The scope of the project can then be changed as needed to meet the Owner's needs and financial requirements.
 

Site Selection. In conjunction with the Owner, the architect and engineer, we will facilitate and coordinate the site selection and design process. This may require analysis of the existing soil, topography and road network. Other factors considered include utilities, zoning issues, location of neighbors and proximity to the Owner's existing facilities and clients.
 

Design Input. Constructive, innovative consultation with the Owner, architect and engineer during the preliminary design phase results in suggestions that attempts to reduce costs and improve construction schedules.
 

Construction Phase. We will prepare bid packages, analyze proposals and prepare contracts for all portions of the project. We will then oversee and coordinate the work of all the contractors in compliance with the project schedule. We will discuss important issues that may arise on the jobsite with the Owner and/or architect for resolution.
 

Cost Control. Since compensation for our construction management services is on a fixed fee basis, there is no conflict of interest in managing the cost of the project. Our primary responsibility is to represent the interests of the Owner, who will receive all cost savings.
